CANINE FIRST AID – NEXT COURSE DATES ARE 6TH OCTOBER 24 & 17TH NOVEMBER 24
We are pleased to announce that Kerry of Pet Owners First Aid (A Senior Vet nurse) will be taking the Canine first Aid course of which SOME of the areas we will be covering will be:
Stings (wasp and bee)
Electrocution
Drowning
Heart Attacks / Strokes
Epilepsy…
Torsion
Suffocation – (which may be from swallowing a ball)
Bandaging- where you will all have a go at bandaging
Pulse & Respiration – how to take and record
Resuscitation – having an actual go at resuscitation (on a resuscitation canine manikin)
Hand outs and certificate of attendance given at end of course.
Ideal for anyone who owns a pet or competing dog.
Cost is £65 per person and includes Lunch & refreshments.
